I appreciated this exceptionally comfortable place, stayed there for 4 nights. the hotel was in a marvelous and perfect position near to the shops and sights, the metro station and several bus stops, and department stores and train station. - It also was close to the tube.

The folks were super-friendly and really polite. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for Kyoto, not far from the taxi and the metro station and several bus stops. It also was to the eating places.

The breakfast had variety of nice food and drinks. The room was big, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and refrigerators. Great and unbeatable location, it was short walk to the main station for getting around, the main shopping strip, Nishiki market and the river and sights and neighborhoods.

The twin room with central heating, electronic key card, and work desk was comfortable and convenient; the breakfast was consistently delicious with a variety of options available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spa at Ab Hotel. The traditional Japanese style and the small outdoor o-furo bath made it a unique and relaxing experience. The hotel also had convenient facilities like laundry facilities and drink vending machines. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, perfect for two people with a lot of luggage. I highly recommend Ab Hotel Kyoto Shijo Horikawa for a pleasant stay in Kyoto.

The hotel is in a great location, near department stores, the train station, metro station, Nishiki Market, and Nijo Castle. the breakfast is satisfying and the staff are very kind and friendly.

The onsen might need some improvement as some guests seem not to be familiar with the etiquette.
